Since I've been in the fitness industry it's been culture to indulge in various eating challenges with colleagues!! We work Dam hard to afford such luxuries, so why not!!
Today is going to be a big luxury, along with another pt after we've played badminton tonight, we are going to see who can eat the most cookie dough pizzas! Straight after training there is in our opinion no better time to undertake said challenge! Think damage limitation 😂
